I’ll admit it. I’ve never been a person that’s been like, “Hey, want to go play some golf?” I didn’t grow up around it and I have no idea how to play. But that’s ok when it comes to TopGolf and TopGolf Crush. You don’t have to know the rules of the game, or how to even hit the ball correctly. All you have to know is how to swing a club (which I’m sure we’ve all done before during our mini-golf touring days) and how to have a good time.
That’s the experience that TopGolf Crush is bringing to Nashville. “Crush” is the TopGolf stadium tour, and if you don’t know by now, it’s a just a pre-cursor for the TopGolf that’s already adorning the Nashville skyline and is set to open later this fall. It’s a chance to let your competitiveness show and swing some stress away. I’m far from even being considered a “golfer” (just look at the pictures), but I enjoyed hitting a few balls at targets that are set up on the field. It’s kind of like bowling – you score points by hitting the different targets and get five tries to score as many points as you can. Believe it or not, I came out on top at the end of the night by beating my husband that used to play golf regularly. This just goes to show you that anyone can play TopGolf.
If you’re wondering if TopGolf Crush is worth your time, money and spending some time in the Nashville heat, yes – yes it is. It’s a great time and tour’s doing it the Music City way. There’s going to be live music and food trucks to fill the time while you wait for your turn.
