I keep it pretty simple (meaning no makeup) when it comes to getting ready to workout. I do my skincare routine + fix my hair and I’m ready to go. I do make sure that I’m using quality products like:
☑️ exfoliating + brightening rice face wash
☑️ hyaluronic acid skin essence
☑️ skin barrier supporting moisturizer
☑️ sunscreen (of course)
☑️ eye cream that reduces puffiness, dark circles in 30 sec. OR cooling and brightening eye balm
☑️ dry shampoo that doesn’t leave a white cask
☑️ silver spray for immune support
